The first of what is being planned as an annual event, it will take place at the Karma Kandara resort and will see guests treated to fine food from Luke Mangan, one of Australia's leading chefs and restaurateurs.
 
With eateries in locations as diverse as Sydney, Singapore and Tokyo, the internationally-renowned cook boasts French classical training, which he combines with Asian influences to create simple yet surprising dishes and flavours.
 
Commencing on Friday February 24th, the weekend kicks off with a meet and greet with the chef, followed by canapes and cocktails, then a two-course dinner.
 
On the Saturday, a sunset cocktail hour will precede a luxurious five-course dinner with wine, while February 26th sees the event draw to a close with an afternoon beach barbecue.
 
All proceeds from the charity weekend will be presented to the Bali Life Foundation, an organisation dedicated to helping underprivileged children enjoy a better life.
